Transforming neighbourhoods
& nations since 1948
Thousands of leaders trained.
Since 1948, Alphacrucis (AC) has equipped thousands of Christian leaders worldwide.
Now a multidisciplinary University College, AC graduates are making an impact in businesses, classrooms, churches, and not-for-profit organisations.
Our vision is to be a global Christian university, transforming neighbourhoods and nations.

Pioneering the way — AC Breakthroughs

"Pop-up" Colleges
With AC, churches can run a “pop-up college” inside their church – we call this Local Church College, where students learn through our self-paced, online courses and combine this with face-to-face application and opportunities to serve locally, relevant to their local community context and needs.

Redesigned
Teacher Training
AC partners with schools across Australia to train "classroom ready" future teachers, in cadetships where students learn whilst being placed inside a school, observing and contributing to classrooms alongside senior mentor teachers and leaders.

Double Degrees
With the average person making 3 to 7 career changes in their lifetime and "side hustles" becoming the norm, AC allows students to combine Theology with Business, or Counselling and Entrepreneurship with Ministry - so our graduates have greater career options and greater ability to make an impact.

AC Stories
Hear from just a few of our graduates and current students.
Ruth Lesmana has served displaced people affected by the civil war in the Thai-Myanmaar border. For eight years, she transformed communities where people were at risk of human trafficking, building local partnerships, teaching English and vocational skills, and assisting in natural farming and sustainability projects. Now back in Australia, Ruth has devoted herself to helping refugees settle in Australia. Ruth was awarded Local Woman of the Year by Camden Council for her work.
“I went straight into a Diploma of Music Industry after year 10. I then did a Bachelor of Ministry (Worship) and ended up with a Masters of Teaching (Primary). I was able to save a few years of study and go into a job I love at 21. To me, being a Christian teacher means being able to speak hope and life to the kids in school, and to be on their level in whatever circumstance they are in.”
Primary school teacher, Wycliffe Christian Schools, Blue Mountains
“There are plenty of ways to make a difference in business. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if more people understood that having a successful business and finding solutions to real-world problems, especially environmental and social ones, aren’t mutually exclusive?”

AC Graduate and Entrepreneur,

"I am thoroughly enjoying my study with Alphacrucis. My supervisors are experts in the field, who model both academic rigour and pastoral support in our regular meetings. Because they show such a genuine interest in my research and in me as a student, I am continually encouraged to face the challenges of post graduate study and keep going!"
Melissa Brown
Principal of Covenant Christian School, PhD Student
"The Master of Leadership is like you’ve found where you hang your hat and coat – things start to make sense. The leadership program has helped me to re-think how I mentor and train people to fulfill their God given destinies."
Iliafi Esera
Master of Leadership Graduate
